Your satisfaction is our top concern and we want you to be very happy with your purchase. We are 100% sure that you will love your Crushing Goals and Taking Notes™ purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We promise to make things right.

Please understand that, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds or free reprints, except for cases in which your printed products arrived damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a defect in workmanship.

Return Policy 

  • All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders.

  • After an order is placed, we're unable to change any personalization, error in product selection or shipping information.

  • On hand products will ship in 3-5 days; however specialty, personalized or bulk orders shipping time can not be quoted due to production and processing times. If your order is a RUSH ORDER, please specify that at check out.

  • Products are shipped USPS, once your product(s) have been shipped you will be provided with shipping information. Once we provide shipping information it will be your responsibility to track your product.

  • We are 100% sure that you will love your purchase, however, if for some reason you received a defective/damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with your name, order number, detail of the issue and attach a picture of the defective product.

Processing Time

  • On hand products will ship in 3-5 days; however specialty, personalized or bulk orders shipping time can not be quoted due to production and processing times. If your order is a RUSH ORDER, please specify at check out.

  • Specialty and personalized orders normally are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the order date(excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Prior to submitting a bulk orders please contact us via email in order that we discuss your order in detail.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday begin processing the following business day.

(holidays and weekends are not considered to be business days)

Shipping Information

  • Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Products are shipped USPS, once your product(s) have been shipped you will be provided with shipping information. Once we provide shipping information it will be your responsibility to track your product.

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot make changes to shipping addresses after your order has been processed.

  • Shipping rates are based on carrier rates and vary depending on the product(s) and shipping address.

  • We currently do not ship international.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages, miss-delivered packages, or packages shipped to incorrect address provided to us via the ordering process.

  • You're responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost products. 

  • Shipping rate will be added at checkout. 

  • We do not refund shipping fees. 

Order Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your package.

  • Shipping labels are printed 24 hours in advance of your product shipment, however the order will not proceed until the package is received by the postal carrier.

  • USPS only provide deliver. time-frames doesn't they are not guaranteed.

  • We offer regular mail and priority mail, these options will be presented at check out.

Personalize Orders

We are not responsible for the following: 

  • Errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy in the text entered by the customer.

  • Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution, poor quality or dark images.

  • Variances in color fidelity and brightness from what you see on your computer screen.

  • Errors in user-customizable features, such as choice of colors, formatting etc.

  • Size of the item you ordered is not ideal

  • Cover type is not ideal

  • Font or text size being smaller than it appears on the screen. The printed font will be the exact size that you specify, but depending on your screen resolution and zoom level, it may appear larger or smaller on the computer.
